OFFICIAL RULES FOR INSTANT WIN CONTEST. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. BY INVITIATION ONLY. MUST BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND OTHER COMMONWEALTHS, TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS), 18 YEARS OR OLDER.

1. Prizes. Up to 20 $500 cash prizes may be awarded. If more than 20 verified winning serial codes are claimed, only the first 20 claimants will receive a $500 cash prize. No more than 20 total prizes will be awarded. The prizes that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable or exchangeable for any other prize. All prizes must be claimed by 11:59PM PST, Friday, April 26, 2024. To claim prize, mail the original, full back page of the 2024 San Diego Giving Back Raffle brochure with winning serial code to:

Mail must be postmarked by April 26, 2024. Winning serial code must be legible and unaltered.

Odds of winning are approximately 1 in 64,486, based on the total number of winners and printed brochures. The winning codes will be randomly selected on or before March 10, 2024. The contest runs from March 18, 2024 to April 26, 2024.

2. Eligibility and Limitations. Anyone 18 years of age or older who is a legal resident of the United States may enter. RMHC-SD employees, members of the Board of Directors, authorized agents and employees thereof, consultants, attorneys, independent accountant firm, and their spouses and children living in the same household are excluded from participating and are not eligible to win a prize. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. An affidavit of eligibility may be required from prize winners. RMHC-SD is not responsible for any defects or delays caused by the postal service.

3. Only one brochure per household: no replacement, substitute or additional brochures will be sent. For clarification or assistance with a serial code, you must do both of the following: 1) contact office@sdraffle.com and 2) provide a scan or photo of the back of your brochure.

4. How to Enter. Go to sdraffle.com/instant to enter your mailed, 7-digit alphanumeric serial entry code on the back cover of your brochure. Enter the five-digit zip code to which the brochure was mailed. The zip code must match the serial code to win.

5. Winners. For all claimed prizes, the associated names of winners will be listed on sdraffle.com.

For a physical list of winners, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to RMHC-SD, Giving Back Raffle, 2929 Children's Way, San Diego, CA 92123. The list of winners will be supplied within four weeks of contest end date, April 26, 2024.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RMHC-SD, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
