Overview - Giving Back Raffle Benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities® of San Diego
A Winner of the Giving Back Raffle prizes 2,030 - 60,000 ("WINNER") shall be defined as an individual who has purchased one or more raffle tickets ("TICKET" or "TICKETS") for the 2024 San Diego Giving Back Raffle Grand Prize Drawing (see sdraffle.com/rules) AND has not be selected as a winner for any prior drawings including Early Bird 1, Early Bird 2, Multiticket, and Grand Prizes 1-2029. In fulfillment of his or her Grand Prize Drawing prize win, WINNER is entitled to one entry ("ENTRY") of his or her choice among one of six prize options ("OPTIONS"):
For each ENTRY, WINNER must make his or her prize election ("ELECTION") among OPTIONS by 11:59 p.m. PST on Monday, August 19, 2024 ("DEADLINE"). If no selection is made by the winner by DEADLINE, the prize will be one entry in the Gift Card Drawing. No changes to ELECTION will be accepted after DEADLINE.
To make an ELECTION, WINNER shall access www.sdraffle.com/reserve and follow the instructions provided on that page. WINNER will receive a unique code via email or letter from Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego ("RMHC-SD") on or before Thursday, August 8, 2024 to verify their ENTRY at www.sdraffle.com/reserve. In lieu of entering the unique code, WINNER may also furnish at least three of the following details associated with his or her TICKET to verify his or her ENTRY: Email Address, Order Number, Phone Number, or Winning Ticket Number. Once verified, WINNER can select one of the available OPTIONS electronically on or before DEADLINE. A WINNER who possesses two or more TICKETS will receive a unique code for each of their eligible ENTRIES. A WINNER who possesses two or more TICKETS will need to verify each ENTRY and make each ELECTION separately following the same steps detailed in this section.
Alternatively, WINNER may make an ELECTION by sending a letter with the same information to San Diego Giving Back Raffle, 2929 Children's Way, San Diego, CA 92123. RMHC-SD must receive the letter by DEADLINE.
A WINNER who possesses two or more TICKETS will receive a corresponding number of ENTRIES. Each ENTRY plays separately and can be applied to any OPTION of his or her choosing. For example, a WINNER of three TICKETS will have three ENTRIES towards any combination of OPTIONS of his or her choosing. A WINNER of four TICKETS will have four ENTRIES towards any combination of OPTIONS of his or her choosing, and so forth.

1. Prizes. An individual who elects to participate in the Cash Replay Drawings or VISA Gift Card Drawing will receive one entry per prize election in a drawing of his or her choice for a chance to win a cash or VISA Gift Card prize:
Each drawing plays separately. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries per drawing. An individual with two or more prize elections for the Cash Replay Drawings or VISA Gift Card Drawing will receive a corresponding number of entries into any combination of drawings of his or her choosing. More entries increase the individual's winning odds.
2. Eligibility and Limitations. Anyone 18 years of age or older who is a legal resident of the United States and is eligible by virtue of a 2024 San Diego Giving Back Raffle Grand Prize Drawing win can enter. Cash Replay & VISA Gift Card Drawing entr(ies) must be in the same name as the original raffle ticketholder.
RMHC-SD employees, members of the Board of Directors, authorized agents and employees thereof, consultants, attorneys, independent accountant firm, and their spouses and children living in the same household are excluded from participating and are not eligible to win a prize. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The drawings are void where prohibited or restricted by law. An affidavit of eligibility may be required from prize winners.
3. How to Enter. Complete the entry form available at sdraffle.com/reserve. Entrants must apply a winning ticket entry to one of the Cash Replay or VISA Gift Card Drawings by 11:59 p.m. PST on August 19, 2024. For assistance completing the online form, individuals should contact office@sdraffle.com. Drawing entries are not sold separately.
4. Winners. Cash Replay Drawing and VISA Gift Card Drawing winners will be announced on or about Friday, September 6, 2024. Entrants with multiple eligible entries may win more than once. Winners need not be present to win.
Prizes valued at more than $1,500 are subject to all tax withholdings as required by federal and state law, and RMHC-SD will remit the balance of the cash prize to the winner. RMHC-SD takes no responsibility for prize winners' tax liabilities. Consult your tax advisor.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RMHC-SD, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTRACT, OR THE BREACH THEREOF, SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (PURSUANT TO ITS EXPEDITED PROCEDURES) UNDER ITS COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES, AND JUDGMENT ON THE AWARD RENDERED BY THE ARBITRATOR MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF.
